In 2006, each robot had to deliver Balls to one of three Goals. In the alliances of three teams each, the human players would throw Balls into play for the robots to then place in the Goal. They could either roll the ball into one of two lower goals, or launch the ball into a higher goal. At the end of a match, points were determined by the amount of balls in each goal, and for their robot being on a platform. Balls in the upper goal were worth three points, and they were worth one point if in the lower goal. If the alliance had all three robots on the platform, they would receive a twenty five point bonus.
