Gameplay:

     During the 2012 season, teams were placed into alliances of three teams each and were challenged to shoot foam Basketballs into Hoops. Each side of the field had three rows of Hoops for the respective alliance to score in, with Basketball scored in higher goals being worth more points. The field also contained three scales, called Bridges, in the center of the field for end game. At the end of the match, the teams could earn additional points if their robot could balance on the Bridge with another robot on their alliance.The center Bridge, however, was known as the Coopertition Bridge, and should a robot from each alliance balance on this Bridge they would earn two ranking points.
